GIF Presentation part 2

~Second week blog~

During our second week, John and I meet up a few times to get a head start of our short presentation. Even though Natalia was away, she still tried her best to edit our videos that we had filmed last week before she left. I also want to note that we did a mind-map plan for our video to assign our roles on what and which parts we must do.

We found the mind-map plan very useful because it really helped us to keep track of what we were doing. This plan also helped us to concentrate on our tasks and to avoid getting distracted by other projects and assignments that we must do in other modules as well.

Making a video was also new to me so I was having a hard time talking in front of the camera (I was stuttering and keep messing up my lines!) and I was feeling uncomfortable as I kept making mistakes. Luckily, I have a very patient partners that they spared my life and let me repeat a hundred times!

During the second week, John put some extra information on the slides, and I was editing the presentations such as its transitions, fonts and the layouts of the slides. Natalia was still also editing our video, so everyone was participating in our project. Our presentation was shared to each of us which was very handy so everyone can see the process and we get to change things anytime we want.

I also did the cinematographic GIF during the week and experiment it more with the filters creating a contrast. All of us used the website called  https://giphy.com/ to create our interesting GIFs. This is a really good website to use when making your GIFs especially for beginners like us because it has a straightforward instruction and it is very easy to use. This site also has a lot of finished gifs which helped us a lot at looking for ideas and we also used them to design our presentation slides. It has a lot of options such as entertainment, reactions, artist and stickers gifs. What I also like about this website is that it has a lot of editing choices for your gifs. You can change the speed and style, add filters, stickers and even draw in it which was good.
